The departure is at 8:30 AM from your hotel or riad in Ouarzazate. You’ll travel along the El Mansour Eddahbi Dam, then reach the magnificent Skoura Oasis, a true haven of greenery in the desert. You’ll visit the iconic Amridil Kasbah, one of the most emblematic kasbahs in southern Morocco, a masterpiece of mud-brick architecture and a testament to the caravan life of old. Continuing along the legendary Route of a Thousand Kasbahs, lined with traditional Berber villages, you’ll reach the splendid Rose Valley, renowned for its fragrant landscapes, fields of damask roses, and artisanal products: essential oils, floral water, soaps, and creams.

Depending on the season, a stop at a local cooperative allows you to discover the locals’ craftsmanship. You then continue to the impressive Dades Gorges, carved into red rock by the river of the same name. You’ll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with panoramic views of the gorges and spectacular geological formations. The afternoon is dedicated to a walking tour in the Fig Valley, an enchanting trail through lush crops, passing Berber villages, until reaching the famous Monkey Fingers. These extraordinary rock formations, naturally sculpted by erosion, offer a unique and surreal landscape, perfect for photography and nature enthusiasts. After this immersion in the stunning Atlas landscapes and local culture, you’ll return to Ouarzazate in the late afternoon, filled with unforgettable images and memories.
